I ordered a soft close Toto replacement toilet seat cover and my household’s life will never be the same. The smooth plastic against our buttocks feels so good it should be illegal. My reservations is only that it feels a little too good. There are many other places to sit in our home, but no one wants the couches anymore. Not even the ergonomic office chair we have, which also makes my buttocks purr like a kitten. Just the toilet seat. Order and get ready for your life to change.

They shipped my product the same day although they did ship it FedEx and it took it over a week to get here, but it sure wasn’t their fault. It was FedEx, which is bad in this area.
