I really like these valves. They are well built & sturdy. When I replace my old valves as they go out I replace them with these Rain Bird 075ASVF 3/4 valves.

Works well easy to install. Prefer this style to other as no by pass like is needed as it's built into it. Also much easier to change out neutrilazation media.

I needed to re-seat a Toto toilet due to sewer gas coming through. As it turns out it was not a Toto toilet issue, but, an installation issue. Due to the age of the installation I felt that a new adapter flange was in order instead of using the old unit. I re-installed the toilet with a tall wax seal and new adapter flange and that fixed the sewer gas problem.
