Anonymous (Weston, US) DO NOT BUY THIS EQUIPMENT. After less than two years in service, had a catastrophic mechanical failure, they refused to cover labor. While they replaced many parts, I needed to pay nearly $1,000 in labor for my plumber to repair. Then when attempting to get a partial refund for labor, their customer service gave me the run around for an entire month, never answering my questions directly. I will never buy a Navien product for the rest of my life.

Miguel P. (Katy, US) I purchased a Navien Tankless water heater less than a year ago. Early this week my water heater stopped working and I called Navien technical support to help me to trouble shooting the problem before I have to contact a technician to fix it. I was told by Navien technical support that don't provide any technical assistance to the home owners. Navien expects that you contact a "certified" technician/ Installer and then Navien, will tell that person how to fix it. I bought this unit because of the price but the customer service sucks. If you don't want to go through the same experience I just went through, please do not buy any product from this company.

Purchased a Navien boiler which had to be special ordered. Again Adam was right on top of things. Checked the order status and followed up with an email to me. Totally unexpected but very appreciated. Cannot recommend Adam and Your Supply Stop enough.

The Navien NPE-240A2 is a high-capacity, high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater engineered for residential and light commercial applications. With an input range of 13,300 to 199,900 BTU per hour and a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.95, it delivers up to 11.2 gallons per minute at a 35°F temperature rise. Its compact, wall-hung design allows for flexible indoor or outdoor installation and supports 2" or 3" venting for long runs, making it ideal for homes or businesses requiring reliable and continuous hot water.
This model features Navien’s patented ComfortFlow® system with a built-in recirculation pump and buffer tank to eliminate temperature fluctuations and minimize hot water wait time. Dual stainless steel heat exchangers enhance durability, while the EZNav™ control panel simplifies setup and operation. The NPE-240A2 supports cascading with up to 32 units and common venting with up to 12, and is field convertible for natural gas or propane use. With ultra-low NOx emissions and advanced safety features, it delivers efficient performance without sacrificing reliability.
