The Elbi XTV-30 is a 13-gallon diaphragm expansion tank designed for use in hydronic heating, solar thermal, and closed-loop cooling systems. Part of Elbi’s XT-XTV Series, this tank features a durable steel shell with welded construction and a heavy-duty Butyl diaphragm that permanently separates air and water to prevent waterlogging and ensure reliable pressure control.
Manufactured by Elbi since 1975, the XTV Series is trusted in millions of installations worldwide. The XTV-30 is factory precharged to 12 PSI and rated to handle working pressures up to 150 PSI and temperatures up to 210°F. This model is not intended for domestic potable water use, but is compatible with glycol-based solutions and system-specific applications.
