The Strike Plate is exactly the size I needed. The finish on the visible side was excellent. However, somewhere in the process, (Manufacturing, shipping, stocking, Picking, and shipping to me), the plate was significantly bend. Fortunately, i am also a "metal worker" in addition to being Restorationist and Carpenter. It was no problem for me to "adjust" it without damaging the finish. The shipping package I received showed no signs of damage, neither did the inner poly bag the part arrived in. This looked like it was damaged at the factory and not caught. I didn't notice anything until I got it out of the poly bag. But once straightened, it was a perfect fit, and solved all the original issues. I WOULD order it again. Just send a note to the manufacturer.
