I have an old Toto Vivian shower balance valve set that stopped working. When I went to pull the handle and extrusion off I could not separate all the parts. Brass threads and steel threads after 15 years won’t cooperate. I was force to mangle the old set to get it off to replace the cartridge valve that was leaking. Called Toto and the Vivian is out of production. I called supply stop and Mark was a huge help. He found the Toto Keane and from what I could see it would work. Same fit and everything just a slightly different look. Mark told me they had two in stock and sent one to me. I haven’t installed it yet as I am waiting on the replacement check valve set from another vendor to arrive but matching it up to my old Vivian set it is a near perfect match. Very happy it worked. Thanks to Mark and all his help.
