TOTO washlet tank bumper could benefit from better documentation

This item did not appear in original packaging for a TOTO bidet seat which had broken hinges in the seat and lid on two occasions from people leaning backward 4” toward the tank. TOTO recommended getting this item, but it turns out to be a very small ~3mm silicone button that is useless. The web site could benefit from a picture and a scale.
