NaviLink Wi-Fi Control for NPE, NCB and NHB Series
Navilink works as expected.
The NaviLink was pretty straightforward to set up, although it is a little confusing if just using an network cable vs. Wifi (in fact, I probably should have gotten the non-WiFi version). Once up, it works well. The Navien App however could use a lot of improvement, so be prepared for that ;-)

The Navien PBCM-AS-001 is a NaviLink™ Wi-Fi control module that gives homeowners remote access to their Navien tankless water heaters and combi-boilers. Using the NaviLink app on a smartphone or tablet, users can adjust domestic hot water temperature, monitor system status, activate recirculation (on supported models like the NPE-A2), and receive diagnostic notifications.
Designed for both single-unit and cascade system control, this module supports up to eight units per channel. With energy usage tracking, HotButton activation, and full remote control capabilities, the NaviLink module adds convenience, efficiency, and visibility to residential or light commercial Navien installations.
