installed and brought it up ok, but the green com light flashes continuously. from what I can tell from the online literature thats normal...weird

The navi link lite wifi system connected easily with my home network. Especially useful to quickly adjust the hot water temperature higher for certain types of laundry loads and then just warm (lower temp) for bathing safety. Really easy to switch the hot water temperature back and forth for different uses. Glad I went for this product!

The Navien PBCM-AS-002 is the NaviLink Lite Wi-Fi control module, an easy-to-install accessory for Navien tankless water heaters. This compact system allows users to control a single unit remotely through the NaviLink app on a smartphone or tablet. It enables temperature adjustments, usage tracking, error notifications, and activation of the HotButton feature for on-demand recirculation (if supported by the unit).
NaviLink Lite mounts magnetically to the water heater or can be wall-mounted and requires no external power — drawing electricity directly from the Navien unit. It's ideal for residential installations looking to add smart control without the complexity of a full cascade or multi-unit setup.
