Morningstar SunSaver MPPT 15 Amp Charge Controller w/LVD

The SunSaver MPPT 15L is one of the smallest MPPT charge controllers available that can utilize a variety of panels, including 24 volt and 60 cell modules, to properly charge 12 volt and 24 volt battery banks.

Built-in features include 4 stage charging, low voltage disconnect/load control, ambient temperature sensing, status LEDs, battery type selection and 4 configuration DIP switches. Additional accessories allow addition of remote temperature sensing, remote digital display, custom voltage configuration, data logging and lighting control configuration.

Like many of the Morningstar charge controllers, the SunSaver MPPT 15L features a communication port for additional functionality; including use with a computer and Morningstar’s MSC(PC Meterbus Adapter), for custom voltage setpoints, data logging, and lighting control. Morningstar’s Remote Display, RM-1 can also be connected to monitor the controller’s operation.

Connection points are also provided for Morningstar’s Remote Temperature sensor, to monitor temperature of a battery bank in a separate battery enclosure.
