Downrod from SupplyStop was Perfect

I originally bought a fan from Lowe's. They did not have a 72" downrod in the store but I could order one. It was the wrong diameter and now they will not take it back because of their unreasonable return policy, So I am out $110 with Lowe's. SupplyStop had the rod, for a lot less, and got it to me it just a few days. Buy from SupplyStop, not Lowe's. They have even followed up to make sure I got the right rod and it works for me

This is the downrod you are looking for. Available in a variety of finishes and lengths, this downrod is compatible with the majority of Craftmade ceiling fans.

Choosing Your Downrod Length

It is recommended to have at least 7' of clearance underneath your ceiling fan blades. For ceiling heights under 9', you should be able to use the downrod included with your fan. For higher ceilings, please see adjacent chart for recommended downrod length. For lower ceilings, we recommend a semi-flush, flushmount or hugger fan that is designed to deliver excellent airflow with maximum clearance.
