I ordered my part over 4th of July weekend and due to the holiday my 2day shipping was going to be delayed. I still needed an estimated arrival so when I reached out to Sara. Sara was so kind that she decided when she had to make a stop by the office she grabbed my Package and shipped it off on a Saturday. This helped my package arrive a whole 2days early allowing my business to have AC before the beginning of the week. It is worth mentioning that my part was hard to find in the first place even from the main distributer. They went above and beyond.
The OEM motor was $475 and I had replaced it twice. This was a great option and was $300 cheaper. Spins a little faster than the OEM but runs within electrical limits of original equipment.
Had a problem with a motor I ordered, most likely attributed to shipping and handling. Motor once installed, had a grinding sound apparent sleeve bearing. Contacted the supplier and immediately shipped a replacement motor. Can't beat that for customer satisfaction!
