This review is from my previous review regarding shipping nightmare. Dominic contacted me and sent me a replacement stove pipe UPS. This was at no charge to me. When the original package finally arrived he sent me a return shipping label at no charge to me to return the original stove pipe. The original stove pipe was sent out USPS. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Ordered and 18” stove pipe on 3/22. This pkg left NV traveled to California, Florida, Atlanta, Florida back to Atlanta, two different post offices and is still traveling. No estimated delivery date. I have called customer service with no return call as promised. This pkg has seen more places than most people. Emailed and
called customer service again. I am not a happy customer.
