I purchased this for a no condensing Renée tankless hot water heater with a recirculating pump built-in. Upon receiving the packaging, I noticed that it was damaged and taped up heavily. Hoped for the best. After opening the box, I noticed that the plastic components that fit on top of the aluminum pipe were broken and could not hold the aluminum pipe in place. Looks to be there was no quality control when the parts were shipped. Very disappointing.

Don't know why my initial order was not fulfilled, but when I called they expedited the shipment and I still had it on time for my job. Worked great, very Happy with it

Fast Service! Well packaged, and appreciate the service! We'd found ourselves with NO HOT WATER, and needed to replace our tankless water heater, (Ugh,) went with the same brand, discovered we needed a new pipe, as well as to set internal ;parameters' on unit. Finally after 3 weeks, the surprise part was needed, and Supply Hoouse was efficeint, and affordable. THANKS!
