Whole house filter

The filter arrived on time and was damaged during shipping. I contacted Kelli via the website and sent photos. This company stood by their product and shipped me another one free of charge. How refreshing that I’m just a home owner and not a big plumber doing large orders to have this resolved. I recommend using this company based on old school common sense operating principles

Damaged goods

I ordered 2 filters and 1 of them arrived cracked. I contacted Supply Stop and they sent me another one. That filter is cracked as well. Almost in the exact same spot. Think I’ll stay away from on line orders even though it’s probably a little more convenient them driving to my local store
