Bad Shipping

Product was good and received in good condition. However, the website promised next day shipping, and since I was without hot water until I could install this product I purchased through Supply Stop as opposed to other vendors. Shipping took three days instead of the promised next day.

Hi Brian, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. Delivery time to your location is normally 1 to 2 days, but it appears that your order from Tuesday wasn't delivered until Friday. We're glad that you're happy with the product and thank you for choosing SupplyStop!
