Sioux Chief 239 Anti-Siphon Auto Vent – 1-1/2", MNPT, ABS

This Sioux Chief 239 auto vent is designed for secondary venting in residential or commercial plumbing systems. It features a 1-1/2 inch male NPT connection and is constructed from durable ABS plastic. The vent prevents trap siphonage by allowing air into the drainage system while sealing against sewer gases, offering a practical solution where running a full vent stack is not feasible.

This vent is intended for use only as a secondary vent and must not be used to replace a primary vent stack. It should be installed in a readily accessible location with adequate airflow and positioned at least 6 inches above the trap arm.

Applications include bathroom groups, laundry drains, and remodels where traditional venting routes are limited.
