I ordered a door latch , called to return and order correct size.. sent pictures with tape measure and spoke with someone and yet I received two more of the wrong sizes.. when I called again the response I got was “ I’ll see what I can do “ I have had no follow up in almost two weeks and need to return 3 incorrect sized latches

Showed up as ordered. Can’t ask for much more than that. 

I had a horrible experience with Knobs.com. Supply stop had amazing handling times and kept our project on schedule and actually sent the right product.
