I’m a little confused. Y’all sent me multiple texts askin if I was satisfied with my part ordered from supply stop. I sent you my story but have not heard back. Reckon I’d like to know why. Although, Adam was very pleasant to talk to, did a great job of assisting me as well as being very business, polite, knowledgeable and professional. In my mind I assumed he had the part (port) in hand. He did not, he was going by the same thing I saw when I first ordered from y’all’s company thru Amazon. The 3/4” ports were what I needed on each end and then the ports as well comin out the side of the port. The ports on the side are all 1/2”. I could not use it. In my text I asked if refunds and returns are possible. But like I said, no response yet. Please don’t misunderstand, the company is awesome as well as Adam who assisted me. The part description on line did NOT display, or inform about the 1/2” ports so it really does look like five 3/4” ports. That the only issue, but kinda big for me, as I had to go and get 3/4” tees to perform the work. I did not ent to use Tees. Oh well, like I said, awesome company and I will shop here again next time I need parts for my projects. Thanks for listenin to my blathering and cry baby stuff. Now, on with the show.
